Yealink Conference Room
You must invite the room to your meeting so that the invite shows up on the device.
How do you get your reservation on the Yealink Tablet?
Create a Teams meeting and include the conference room the same way you would when booking a conference room and it will automatically add your meeting onto the tablet.
Do not remove the location once the meeting link is added. If it is removed the meeting will not display on the device.
- Joining a Meeting in the Conference Room
Select the desired scheduled meeting and tap “Join” to join the scheduled meeting.
Create an ad hoc meeting from the device.
- Enter the participant account information to search and then select the desired participant.
- Tap Start meeting.
