Step 1: Ensure your docking station is connected using the USB C port on the left side closet the front of the computer. This helps your monitors run at their full resolution.

Step 2: Make sure your cables (HDMI/Display Port) are not loose and properly connected into the proper ports.

Step 3: If the previous steps do not resolve your monitor issue, please submit a ticket to IT. They will complete further troubleshooting.
