Sending an Encrypted Email (Outlook, and Outlook Web)

Option 1 Web Apps : Open "My Apps" and launch Outlook

Send a new email and choose the "Options" / "Encrypt"

Options 2: Local client

If you do not see the Encrypt option below

If you cannot get it to work, please submit a ticket. 

In outlook.  When you begin a new message.

-Go to the Options menu

-Select Encrypt

-Choose “Encrypt only”

-Draft your message and Send.

-The users experience will be something like this:

- And it will give them an option for a one-time passcode sent to their email.
